Guidelines for Complication Case Submission:

Each registered member can submit up to 5 cases in the various available categories.
Final Date for Case Submission is 15th June 2025.
Kindly go through the complication case reporting guidelines provided in the JVIR link to fill out the submission page.
Upto 4 images, each of a maximum size of 1 MB, can be uploaded for each case in JPG, JPEG, or PNG formats with embedded labeling if necessary.
There should be no direct or indirect reference to the name of the presenter/ author/ co-authors/ institute in the case details or images uploaded. This should be strictly followed to avoid any bias in case selection.
If any of the above information is noted in the uploaded data, the case will be rejected without further consideration.
Selected Presentees will get complimentary accommodation for two nights on twin sharing basis and a travel allowance of Rs 8000. Any extra travel expenditure has to be paid to the travel partner directly.
